Our New Chatbox

Hope everyone likes the new addition.

I was going to install a phpbb3 Mod for the chat-box but the xat one is pretty good.
Doesn't look like we can have the time of the posted message showing but you can see who's on line.
You will notice it is only visible when you are logged in...

I have moved the chat-box code to the index_body page so it only shows on the front page. I found it was slowing things down going from page to page when it was in the Overall_footer.
